By completing the required information you can submit your application for account creation on DLIMS.
Create your account on DLIMS website for online driving license application.
You will receive an Email or SMS on given mobile number for the confirmation of your Identity.

Enter your old Driving License number.
Enter your CNIC number.
Enter your driving license issuance Date.

You can choose the duration of your renew upto 5 years
Documents required for renewal of regular Driving License online
You need to upload following documents online or you can take the pictures by using camera directly through the portal.
1. Passport Size Picture with any blue or White Background.
2. Clear Picture of Your CNIC front side
3. Clear Picture of Your CNIC Back side
4. Clear Picture of Your Old Driving License front side
5. Clear Picture of Your Driving License Back side
Then submit your application and confirm the details.
Renewal of Driving License Fees 2024
When you will confirm your application it will ask you to Generate Challan for the purpose of completing the application process.
The old driving license fee was Rs. 950 for both Motor Cycle and Motor Car.
Caretaker Govt has increase the fee upto 2000% for different categories of license. Now Motorcyclist can get their driving license for paying more than 2000 rupees which is double the amount of car driving license.
Now your 5 year Car Driving license will cost you Rs. 7280 Rupees including 480 Courier Charges
After generating your challan your application have been submitted you only need to pay that challan from your debit card, E pay Punjab, Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa, UBL Omni, HBL Connect or any mobile banking Application.
